-Team Leaders (TL) Role
The team leaders roll will to running the clan on a day to day basis, looking after the team in the ladders challenging for matches, and getting the right tactics for the matches, making sure members are signed up for matches to make sure everyone knows what there job is. Any issues members have should be directed to the Team Leader to find the right solution to the issue being made.

-Deputy Team Leaders (DTL) Role
The DTL is there to assist the the team leader in everything above, if the TL is not available then the role falls in to the hands of the DTL.

-Founders Council (FC)
The FC is the new edition to the Team it consists of the four founder members within the clan the role of the FC is to take the clan forward and make things available to members i.e. gaming servers comms servers, website. If there is any major issues within the Team it will be the role of the FC to resolve these issues and take the appropriate steps to rectify and resolve the situation. If there is anything that needs to be changed within the Team this shall be in the hands of the FC .You should look upon the FC as the government of the Team.

-Recruitment &Training
The first step of any new recruit is the application to de filled in with all details filled in correct, then they must meet the right criteria for the Team, new recruits then must take part in a team trial I.e. a 1v1 on clanmod with a senior member to see if the skill is met for the team, then a 2v2 with members to see if the team work skills meet our standards of criteria. Training shall be done as and when applicable this will be up to the TL or DTL to organise , during training sessions members not doing what there supposed to do will de asked to leave the server and comms channel

-Website & Servers
The website shall be upgraded to meet the standard and quality that the team and members deserve. In the not so near future we hope to make the gaming servers bigger and better with a variety of games to play and enjoy -

-Admins
No longer shall there be a huge number of server admins within the comms channel the FC shall decide who admin shall de given to . Gaming server admins shall be the opposite after a period of time all members shall have server admin to make sure our teams rules are withheld within our gaming servers.
